Hi i am coming to vegas 19-23rd may and we are going to be a group of 12 guys. We are trying to find out prices etc for nights out and we are looking for tables as heard this is easiest way to guarantee entry into the big clubs such as XS, hakkasaan etc so was hoping anyone could help with giving me details of prices and events etc.

Personally I would suggest finding out how much each person is willing to put in for this. For a group that size you may have to get 2 tables as I don't know if any club can support all of you at 1.

My low guess and putting you at Drais with 2 tables in the mezzanine booth would be between $3000-$4000 for 1 night all in w/o including anything else outside of the bottles you order to fulfill your minimum. Dance floor 7-8k.

You get more bang for your buck doing the pool parties. Just as an example. EBC first floor cabana that holds 12 depending on the dj runs between $7-10k all in but that is for food and alcohol while the club is just alcohol/bottles. You can do 2 daybeds (holds 8 each) for roughly 8k all in or 2 lily pads (holds 8 each), alcohol only due to being in the pool for roughly $5600 all in. Or get 1 daybed or lily pad and have the other 4 buy pre sale tix and put it in to the final cost and split it evenly. So the cost on the daybed would be $4k or $2800 for 1 lily pad.

I would monitor the board, watch the clubs' and pools' schedules to see who is going to be there and start setting things up mid April as you will see an influx of info from people who have gone out there once the pools open and such. My group's rule of thumb is serious planning 4 weeks out to have everything locked in 2 weeks out.

Hopefully you've browsed around the forums and gotten a good idea of pricing. The most expensive clubs are Omnia, Hakk, XS, (this isdependent of the DJ/ talent, just based on a normal night) So if you want to do those, get ready to pay. For pools, EBC, Wet, then prob MDC are the priciest. To help you best try to narrow down what type of vibe/ music, etc.. the group would like, do a variety if you can of big places, smaller places, and also pick which days to party and maybe do something chill. Tough question to answer but maybe narrow down 1-2 must do things and then the rest will fall in place, get with a good host to help with info.
