  • BACHELOR PARTY > Vibe of OG vs SR

Got a group of 6-8 guys in early/mid 30's heading out in July for a bachelor party. Had heard OG / SR / Saph were 3 of the better options.

Our group will likely be going in with a couple-few hundred to spend per person. Certainly not ballers... but not deadbeats either. I see us definitely getting bottle service (seems like most offer 2 for 1 bottles as part of limo/entry/table package?) for convenience. Basically we're looking for somwhere with talent (obviously), that will set us up with a decent table/booth.

More than likely the Bachelor will be the main one getting sent back to for the 30/60min VIP sessions and the rest of the crew will be focusing on drinking, tipping, getting $20 laps, socializing out front. I had heard some clubs are better set up for dances out front and others are more about the hustle to get in the back (though it's present at all spots no doubt). Most of us have done the shake joint thing plenty of times in other cities so the concept is certainly not entirely foreign.

We plan on talking to a host a week or three in advance, but I am Curious for comparing the clubs on:
    1) Type of Private Booth/Tables/Couches given to Bachelor parties of 6-8 guys
    2) Ability to enjoy time spent out "Front" (Drinking/Tipping/Getting lappers)? Basically is there much difference in the vibe regarding mixing in some hang out time with the girls vs just going straight to hustle-hopping. I realize the girls are there to make money and not to hang out and drink... but some clubs are usually better than others.
    3) Caliber of Women? Seems this forum rates SR over OG?
    4) Intangibles. Mileage in back (usually girl-specific I know), Overall crowd vibe, staff attitude, etc.

Thanks in advance for any info you guys can provide. I am definitely reading other threads but wanted to start something specific to see what kind of feedback I could get.

May I suggest you take a look at www.usasexguide.info - there are plenty of posts in the LV forums about strip clubs
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Ha! Yeah I guess that's a decent source though hooking up BJs isn't exactly the top priority. Thanks for sharing though.

I guess I'll phrase it this way... what kind of table/booth does either club have if a group of 8 guys pre-books with a host? Do either have a cool couch/booth/cabana-esque type setup or is it just a grab 2 four-top tables next to each other?

Likely looking for 3 bottles for 8 guys.

Also I know at the clubs here in town... having bottles = having strippers more likely to just hang out and drink for stints vs just jumping in and out with the hard hustle. Is that consistent with the vegas scene as well?

        Thanks again guys.

I wouldnt even consider OG. SR is the only way to go. With bottle service for a bachelor party, they will probably give you your own section. Some of the sections have their own pole right in front of it. For 3 bottles you probably wont have an issue with location. You dont even have to get BS for a table, as long as there are tables availible. When its full, I just tip the manager, and a table is made availible, even if he has to bring one from the back.

Great info.. thank you. What is a reasonable price to expect for Bottles on a Friday night at SR? I had read some other threads saying if you were paying more than $150/bottle you were getting screwed? THink we could land 3 bottles for $400-500? I'll be contacting the hosts suggested around this forum as we get closer but I thought I'd tap the wisdom of JC first

Thanks again for the info guys.

Never had bottles there. I know there cheaper and give better deals before a certain time (I think 8pm or earlier).

Thanks Dnix. You've swayed me to SR.

SR is definitely place to go if you wanna do bottles. W/o bottles and dnix's advice on tipping the manager, you're kinda screwed and just standing around by the bar getting hustled by girls that walk by each one of you to ask for a dance in the back. There setup is basically buy bottles or go to the back for a dance.

Sapphire on the other hand has a bunch of little couches you can easily find a seat and is easier for the front $20 lappers. But if you plan on doing bottles the quality is better at SR imo... Never been to OG so can't really comment on that. Usually stick with Sapphires or SR depending on the group and who's with me.

Sophie at OG has been very responsive thus far... contacted her via Email and she's given me the bottle list w/ prices (Not sure if she'd want me to post it all here?) and is willing to go buy 2 get 2 (@400ea for GG). Is willing to order off menu as well (no Jack Daniels or good whiskey on there).

Per Noah I contacted "Jim" about SR. He's been extremely eager to "hook me up" as well. Currently heading out of the country but will be back on the 16th. I'm in no rush. I'll keep the forum posted on what sorts of deals I can work out in case anyone else needs that sorta info.

Sophie.. thank you very much for being so responsive on here and via email. That means a lot.

I will email you but it looks like the girls are most likely skipping the thunder from down under and will be joining you at the OG per my suggestion

Not a fan of OG at all, especially location, girls, etc.. I've been to em all. Stick to these
                        - Rhino - a lot of girls, sort of dark, cramped, but lots of talent, $100 bottles, cool party buses/limos
                        - Crazy Horse 3- I think prob the nicest one, solid girls on weekend, bottle deals, cool, limos/party buses, bottle deals
                        - Sapphire- Pretty solid also.

If you are South strip (Mandalay area) CH3 is close, mid south strip (Venetian, Ceasars, etc... area) Rhino/Sapphire are close

Calling Spearmint Rhino their prices on bottles are $400-425 each.
If we budget for 2 what are the odds of getting a 3rd or 4th free?

That somewhat common? Just curious what to expect while negotiating for a Friday Night group of 10-12 guys in a private area.

I know Sophie with OG has graciously offered a Buy 2 get 2 deal which is great. Just exploring all options.

                          Thanks

OG was great 10 years ago. Now all the girls look like dudes. SR has the best quality. Scores and Saphire are probably second.

Yep it looks like we've settled on Rhino.
Now just looking to see how many bottles we can get for a 900-1000 budget.
