Rhino limo service

Hi everybody
Last year my Gf and 2 of my friends were in vegas.
And two times we have tried to get a complimentary limo to rhino, but each time we waited one hour front Of our hotel but the limo never came.
I assume that my english is not good and it was hard to be understood at phone, but the lady told that the limo should be there in twenty minutes.
This year we will try again my girl friend and i to get the complimentary limo, do you have a advice to get the complimentary limo easily.

Our group used the number on their website. Service was flawless!

Arrived at my hotel in about 20 minutes and drove us right to the back door of the club with no entry fee. It was epic.

I want to go at lunch time one day because it's happy hour... cheap beers at the bar. Probably some rookies working the floor which is always good for a chuckle.

There shouldn't be a problem. I went one time to the Rhino with a friend and they sent the freakin' van for the 2 of us. We bumped the music on the way there.

Just had the exact same experience last Wed night. The doorman was a little pushy trying to get us to do bottle service, but I understand it's his job. No cover for 4 people is no cover. We actually did the same thing at CH3 earlier in the month and they wave the cover, but then require a $20 payment that gets you two drink tickets. It's not like that's a bad deal, but it's kinda nice how SR just lets you right in.

I've had people do the limo service multiple times. Usually they're pretty quick to respond and arrive within whatever time they say which has never been more then 20 minutes. Only one time was it flawed and the driver ended up not getting a call from dispatch but a text instead and claimed he never saw it. I called them every 10 minutes until he arrived lol. (took 45 minutes that once)

Why do they do this? How does it benefit them?

It gets drunk people to the Strip joint quickly and takes away the guessing game of which club to goto during a cab ride. And it makes them feel VIP in order to free up their pockets for dances and tips. Plus it makes it easier on people to decide which Strip Club to go to when ones offering you a free limo ride for you and all your friends plus free entry.

Used the limo last week and it lightning fast service. They were there in less than 10 mins. This was my first time using the service though so cant speak on if this is typical or not.

Yeah usually if it's on the strip it'll be at you in less then 5 minutes. Monday night another client requested Rhino and the limo was at Cosmo to meet us within minutes.
