If we go to SR or any SC for that matter, would we need bottle service to sit or is that early enough not to worry abt it?

nope, just show up.
Best bet is always to call ahead and ask for a limo ride for the group. They'll come get you and maybe waive cover, too, since they don;t have to pay the cabbie. -
You only have to get bottle service at a strip club to get a table if they are really busy , especially that early.Vegas trips
