  • Bachelorette Weekend Aug 28-30

I'm planning a bachelorette party for my friend Aug 28-30. We have 7-8 girls in our party, all in their mid-twenties. We're hoping to squeeze everything into Saturday since we have girls flying in from all parts of the U.S.

So far, I've already booked tickets to see 'Thunder from Down Under', VIP access into XS to see Kaskade (we didn't book bottle service since we heard XS has ample seating even for non-table buyers. Is this true?), and limo service to-fro the show to the club.

As far as dayclubs goes, we are looking at either EBC or Wet Republic on Aug29th. Any suggestions on how we can possibly get free no-wait entry? Our budget is a little tight but we wouldn't mind shelling out for a cabana/bottle service if the price is right. I heard this weekend will be extra hot. Any recommendations for dayclubs with some ounce of shade is welcomed.

We're also want to do dinner either Friday or Saturday so any suggestions on restaurants are greatly appreciated!

Also, are there any nightswim going on Friday night? Any other suggestions on places to go on Friday night?

    Thank you!

    welcome
1st what do you mean by "vip access into xs"
2nd xs has ample seating for non-table buyers- who said that?
3rd- free no-wait entry to a pool party on a saturday?

I will say Wynn has a dinner/nightclub/pool party bachelorette package

As an all girl group you can usually get guestlist free entry to xs-might have to wait in a line/arrive by a certain time.
You can also buy presale tickets. Unless your group wants to make friends with some guys that have a table don't expect anywhere to sit. Its a Saturday night with Kaskade. So several thousand people will be there and they don't have several thousand "free" chairs around the place.
For Saturday pool party- pool parties open around 11am with headline djs on around 3pm. You might get on a guestlist for free entry but again have to wait in line/arrive by a certain time and again no where to sit. Might look into presale tickets.

No nightswim on friday night. But every nightclub is open around 20+ choices.

There is definitely a difference in being "GA Friendly" and having free places to sit. XS is my favorite GA spot because you can go outside and not be crammed onto the dancefloor, and with the outdoor production upgrades, its still a pretty great experience. However there really aren't places to sit, unless you are gambling, or there is a wall at the very back of the outdoor area you might grab just to rest by your legs for a minute, but it is definitely far removed from the action. Free seats don't exist at any of the major clubs, its the reason many of us are willing to pay $600 for a $40 bottle of liquor, its about real estate and the value you place on that.

XS doesn't have any free seating, except occasionally on slow nights toward the end of the night the back tables can be available to sit at, but I highly doubt that's going to be the case with Kaskade. You could contact a host to see if they will let you sit at table before it's sold but with Kaskade as the DJ I don't see that being particularly likely either. Overall though I don't see any problem for your group finding a table of guys to sit with, maybe not 7-8 of you all at once, but the bride-to-be and a couple at a time will most likely be welcome at someone's table.

There actually were free places to sit at EBC when I saw DJ Snake on Sunday, July 26th. The seats around the palm trees were non-reserved. I don't know if that's typical for EBC though since I usually spend most my time in the water at pool parties. I'd try to find someone to put you on the staff guest list at EBC, they'll pull all girl groups to the front of that line and it's quite fast regardless.

Thanks guys for all the input! I'm a vegas newbie, can you tell?

VIP access into XS was something we booked with a VIP Host. He said he'll be able to walk us into the club without standing in line. It came with our TFDU show+limo package.

I read about ample seating at XS from yelp reviews but it seems you guys are the more reliable source! I'm glad I asked.

Our budget would only allow for either a cabana or bottle service at XS. Which do you guys recommend? I heard that even if you do buy a table, you should consistently be ordering drinks or they can take your table away. Is this true?

Is there a difference between staff guest list and the regular GA guest list? Do you guys happen to know a contact for the staff guest list?

What do you guys think of Drai's in place of EBC/Wet Republic?

          Thanks!!

just realize a girl group can get in free thru a host- very common-
so I hope your not paying for something that's free or that a promoter gets paid to do.

I think where ever your trying to go- talk with someone that works for the club directly.
ebc with zedd or wet with tiesto are better

Yes staff guest lists and guest lists are different, with staff guest lists usually being faster, and which you are on depends on who put you on the list. For EBC, Ace Zogg at (951) 256-0146 should be able to help you out. If not, contact Jenn at (626) 689-5325.

yes all girl groups always get in free but what shes referring to is a hosted entry. girls are not immune to waiting in line, though i always if you get there at a reasonable you'll be fine and xs even gives you 1-2 drink tickets when you guestlist with them

artedm mentioned Wynn's dinner/club package. My wife actually did that for her bachelorette party July 2013. She ended up doing Society Cafe and was walked in by the female host who met them for dinner to Tryst when Lil Jon was dj'ing that night but then moved over to see Cedric Gervais at Surrender since Tryst was way to packed to her liking. They texted the hostess and she met them and brought them over there. My wife ended up being able to complete her burn book while there.

FYI, my wife mentioned after that there was way to much food and left quite a bit on the table after each part of the menu.

Thanks for the numbers! Any advice on etiquette when it comes to contacting these promoters? Is texting fine and do I bluntly ask if my group can be placed on the staff guestlist? Also, how far in advance should I be contacting them?
