helping plan a bachelorette outing, please help

i am the only guy out of 18 people, would i be able to get in any straight clubs dressed adrogynously, ex. leggings and a nice, dressy top..?

which clubs play more pop,hip hop, rnb cause the girls don't like edm?

any recommendations or activities for the bachelorette party?

1. I'm not sure I would go that route with the dress. There's definitely guys that dressed up as girls, but you can tell they are going that route and really trying to pass as a female.

2. Haze, Bank, 1Oak, Tryst, Pure, Chateau, play a lot of hip hop compared to the other clubs, it's Top 40 open format tho so not all hip hop.

3. With a group that size the issue is that it will be miserable at many clubs without a table, so I would try to get something. The clubs are too crowded and hard to get around especially if you want to party with your crew. Most Bach parties do some kind of dinner, depending on date you have dayclubs pools as options but you need to give dates to get better help.

Wife for her bachelorette party did the bachelorette party/dinner/club at the Wynn. Ended up doing Cafe Encore and the complimentary club sampler which worked out well as Lil Jon was dj'ing at Tryst (was way to packed for her and her groups liking and left before he came on) and Cedric Gervais was at Surrender. There was one guy in her group of 12 and he had no problems running with them nor hassled.

Hostess met them for the dinner to seat them, brought them into Tryst, they texted the hostess they wanted to switch and she then brought them to Surrender where they stayed the rest of the night. Skipped the lines entirely. She had fun and felt like a VIP which is all that mattered.

I'm not sure how much the doormen would mind how you're dressed. If you're doing it to pass as a girl, that's a HUGE no-go.

As far as I know, bachelorette packages generally don't apply if it's a mixed group. I know AMG has some "co-ed" bachelorette package options. But the ones from Light Group, Wynn and Marquee are pretty much just for the ladies. I don't know what they'd do...I used Light Group for my bachelorette last year and there is a contract involved, though I didn't read the whole thing, it was really specific about attire, and appropriate behavior in the restaurants ("no blow up dolls"). The dinner packages might work out ok, I don't know if a restaurant is really gonna call you on that. But using the bachelorette thing for bottle service deals and etc. will be the tough part. You could always have the girls get the table and just meet them inside. Contact one of the hosts here to skip the line if that helps. Or simply work with a host to get a deal because you've still got a really good ratio, you'll likely end up with a better deal anyway.

As for clubs, my bachelorette went to 1OAK, Hyde and Bank and that suited our non-EDM fan needs. 1OAK was, hands down, our favorite. Chateau and PURE are fun, though they're definitely not "top tier" if you worry about that sort of thing (I don't). The Boom Box room at Marquee and Ling Ling at Hakkasan also play open format! but I am personally not big on going to a HUGE club and having to confine myself to their back room. I haven't be to a Tryst or Haze, but I hear good things.

OP, question for you. Is dressing adrogenously typically your thing? Or are you doing it specifically to fit in with the girls? If this is really how you feel comfortable, and you are planning the bachelorette party, then I would just explain your situation to the host and go from there. Doesn't hurt to ask to see if you can be included on any dinner specials, especially if you are rolling 18 deep. Worst that can happen is that they say no. If you work with a host, then they can walk your whole group in, and you shouldn't have any issues at the door.
