Bachelor Party: March 2014 Dates

Hey guys,
I know this isn't really time to start planning, but I can't decide on my dates. So, I decided to ask you guys for your thoughts.

I am getting Married 3/29/14. I am looking to go to Vegas 3/21 - 3/24 OR 3/14 - 3/17 for a B.P.

3/21 Weekend Pros
Pool Parties more likely to be open (weather permitting)
March Madness has started
I have out-of-state groomsmen who could potentially come this weekend and stay til the wedding, but not take 2 flights (1 to BP and 1 to wedding)
Closer to some spring breaks

3/14 Weekend Pros
2 Weeks out for wedding - Vegas F's me up, inside and out. My skin gets really dried out and lips crack from sun/lack of water/too much alhohol. So the two weeks would have ample time for recovery.
More split from wedding

Honestly, for activities the 3/21 weekend sounds way better, but my fear is I'll get a bad sun burn or something and ruin my wedding pictures, so I am at a stale mate. I got guys in the military, so I need to pick dates sooner than normal to make sure these people can make it.

How likely will it be that some of the pool parties are open 3/15 or 3/22? How are mins for opening'ish weekends/Fridays? I've never been to one and really want to go.

So, what would you do?

Very Rough Plan: (Yes, I am obsessive)
Thurs: Tryst B.S.
Fri Day: Bed/Lily/Couch at Pool thats open, think I prefer Daylight (if open).
Fri Night: Chill, GA at XS or other GA friend club
Sat Day: Wet (if open) GA or other GA friendly pool or just chill
Sat Night: Tier 1.5/2 B.S.
Sun: Brunch or GA pool
Sun Night: Get heck outa dodge, if still able

I would do the weekend of the 14th.

Do you really want to take the chance of having some of the cons appear days before the wedding? Do you want to put up with all of the stress of a wedding week workup plus the soon to be Mrs. possibly hassling you because of the cons from the 21st to be in the way of the biggest day of your life? Realize the motto that all of my married friends say to me as I get ready for my October wedding: Happy wife makes Happy Life.

You will have a whole life with the soon to be "she who must be obeyed" and you will be able to do multiple trips to Viva and go at a better time of year when the pools are more in session.

You know what the smart thing is here, you said it yourself in your post.

Thanks. It just sucks that there are so many little negatives, as well as a across the country groomsmen wont be able to make it - to one big reason. My current groomsmen fail to placate to my OCD and wanting to talk about it now lol.

Are you hitting Vegas for your B.P.? You down to 2 months (I'm already stressing at 7 months out).

Anyone know if there is a small chance any of the pool parties open up mid-march (3/14/14)? When did the pop this year? I remember a lot like Ditch and the new Daylight opened in May, but I thought I read the others were slowly opening sometime in March/early April.

I don't really need to get a ton of responses, I think I just needed one voice of reason that holding off a week for 1 groomsmen and a pool party isn't worth the risk of ruining my wedding photos!

It would be amazing if the pools were able to open the "preview" the 14th and 15th My fingers are double crossed.
