  • bachelorette - 1st time party planner

Been lurking on the forums for quite some time now. Been reading in almost every single forum because they're uber interesting! And yet, I'm still unsure about what I need to do.

Background: I've been to Vegas several times in the last years but always with a handful of gals. This time, I'm coming in with 10 gals (8 of whom I've NEVER met!!) July 12th weekend.

We're staying at Cosmos, doing ladylike stuff until the evening rolls around.
Then taking a limo from Cosmos to WynnCore. (saw a limo rec on the forum before)
Dinner TBD - I've just been told that the ladies love to splurge on good food. So I'll be scouring the forum for some recommendations.
Then heading to XS to begin the night of club-hopping.

Here's where the question really starts. We're probably heading to the club around 11PM. Will a table be necessary? We're 11 gals and we do intend on club-hopping. Thinking about hitting up Surrender after a couple hours. We're established so we can spend some money but not sure if it's necessary.
Is there another spot we should check out next?

I hate lines (who likes them) and would love to avoid them as much as possible. I'm guessing contacting Mr. Bobby Yeadon & Anthony Khotsikian is the way to begin. Am I on the right track? Any advice will be so very and greatly appreciated!!

I dont think you will need a table at either venue. You may want to contact a host to get in you quickly. Generally a large group of good looking girls have no problem flying through the line.

What Marcus said.... contact the host... explain the situation. I'm certain he will be happy to meet your group at the ropes and walk you in (possibly even with drink tickets) for a modest handshake (more for appreciation). I'm no expert but I'd think $20-25/head tip to the host for your group wouldn't be required (if you guys are attractive girls dressed up properly) but would be a very welcome "thank you" for saving you the trouble in line.

Aww, thank you so much for your replies. I was embarrassed for asking what was covered previously.
You guys made me feel better & hence, more excited about Vegas!

I will definitely contact a host - I think I'm shy about doing that for some reason (don't know why). Anyway I think we may get a table for the lighter drinkers in the group. On that note - from what I gathered in other threads, the tip (handshake?) will be discussed prior to entrance?

          Thank you, again~ xoxo

Eh, Ryan P referred me to Arman Semerciyan. We'll see what happens~!
Asking Christine T who is helping me with my group for dinner to see what kind of pricing and help we can get at the door. Deciding between Sinatra, Country Club, and Bartolotta...
Also now asking just about anyone who has a friend to help get us gals in the club smoothly. I want this night to be easy, dammit!

Presidential Limo, though, was a great recommendation. I failed once, but on my 2nd try, was able to get a Escalade or Hummer to do both pick-up and drop-off (split the 2 hrs) for us gals for dinner/ and post-clubbing . yay! May have helped that I'm getting a limo the day prior to handle the pick up of the bride and her sister in style.... They are polite and professional so far!

Can we bring drinks in the limo? Curious...

if your going to be at encore might try andreas
check menu to get an idea- Surrender nightclub is right next door to andreas

On clubs I would check lineups- to see who the dj is- see if your group likes the sound.
to give you an idea the clubs open around 1030-11pm and the main headline dj is on usually around 1am
you can contact a host and try for free entry- but presale tickets usually move fast and are like $20 a girl.
In terms of table- it depends if you want your own group party or some of the girls might end up with some guys who have a table?
in terms of club hopping sometimes hosts make girls stop by tryst first then xs. Tryst and XS have same management
Encore Beach/Surrender is a different management group
