  • Newbie to Vegas from New Orleans!

Hello everyone! I am planning a bachelorette party in September 2018.
I’ve never been to Las Vegas, so all 7 of us (ages 23-32) have decided to go for 4 days. Thursday to Monday (13-17). We are undecided on where to stay. At first I thought Mandalay Bay, as they have the DayLight and Light there. After reading about all there is to do and walk to, I’d like to be closer to the Central Vegas strip. Some of the girls are working on smaller budgets than myself. In an effort to not plan every detail and still give them a manageable budget, I need to plan out at least our “fun night”. should we just sign up for the Guest List and how can we get VIP entry? I was going to buy VIP Entry tickets but after seeing on this site that it’s a waste of money, I don’t know what to do to ensure that we won’t wait in line?! So advice on that? I need Club recommendations too, we like to Dance, not into EDM- we are all from New Orleans & Baton Rouge.
Where should we buy tickets for the Thunder Down Under, I was going to go through one of those 3rd party package companies?
What do limo services run in your city?! I’d like to rent one for the Saturday night we are there at least for dinner and a show if not for a bar.
I know sacred bottle service is the coveted thing in LV, but I have to be honest I like a nice cold beer, is that an option on a night out? Thanks for any help!

    welcome
always a lot going on in vegas
that weekend is mexican independence weekend 9/16- some of the concert venues will have mexican singers
Jennifer lopez is doing shows friday and saturday night 9pm at planet hollywood
watch for shows at park theater monte carlo, ceasar's place, t mobile arena, mgm grand arena, mandalay bay events center
You can get tickets for thunder on excalibur website
    https://www.excalibur.com/en/enterta...own-under.html

nightclubs open around 11pm with headline dj on around 1am open till around 5am
pool parties open around 11am with headline dj on around 3pm open till around 6pm
the big nightclub days are friday/saturday and pool party days are saturday/sunday
sunday night at xs is nightswim- nighttime pool party

as girls you can get on a guestlist- might have to arrive early/ wait in line.
    Omnia/hakkasan sell presale tickets

the three biggest capacity nightclubs are omnia, hakkasan, xs- they will pretty much be edm/ big name dj, drais is a hip hop focused nightclub.
all kinds of bars around vegas.

in terms of distance you can walk- just realize the casinos are bigger properties so it takes a while to move around on foot or in a car

        Welcome to the board.

My wife did her bachelorette party in Vegas and went to Wynn for the combo dinner, free entry into their clubs. Her party was 18 girls. She did Andrea's for dinner and then started out going to XS and then moving over to Surrender as for her group XS was way to packed. They opted not to do the add on bottle package deal as they had her do a burn book. Maid of honor had a party bus pick them up from the hotel, they then went to the Welcome to Vegas sign for pics and then on to Wynn.

Click on view packages and you can see the different dinners and scroll to the bottom for the add on's. You get the free entry into Intrigue, they no longer include XS like they did for hers automatically by doing the dinner there: Tax and gratuity are already included in these packages at Wynn.

Here is the link to Marquee also. Scroll down to see there pricing for the day club and night club pricing. This does not include dinner:

Light Group also does one. Page 6 on the flipbook starts the pricing guide:

        Hope this helps for starters.
