Labor Day Weekend Epic Bachelor Party I need help planning!

I have 17 guys confirmed and my best friend is getting marries. We want to surprise him with a VIP night either at the Rhino or in one of our rooms. I am not sure what would be best for Friday night the 24th of May. We need someone that can help us book rooms at the Venetian, pool party at Tao Beach Club Saturday and the Ultimate VIP service for Tao night club on Saturday night. We absolutely do not want to wait in line with so many guys in our party. On top of that we want the best. We all work we have money and we are ready to spend it.

Who can help me make this happen?
