Hey Everyone!

I'm a 20 year old male turning 21 the day after Thanksgiving. I've always jokingly said that I wanted to spend my 21st in Vegas, but last week a friend of mine and I decided we're going to do it. Joined the site to try and get a feel for what to do, and how much money to bring.

Key questions before any trip are how much money, how many days, and how many people? Vegas is a place where 2 people can do an amazing 7 day trip for well under $1000 including entertainment and it can also be a place where you spend $1000+ a night to have the best of everything. First trips are often full of mistakes but you luckily found this forum so you're off to a great start.

If you talking about nightclubs biggest tip is have a look at all the nightclub lineups then compare djs/events and go with what you like best. These usually get announced around 30-45 days out.

also realize vegas is very welcoming if your spending a little money or a lot it really depends what you want to do. If you plan it out properly you will be ok.

Awesome thing about my first trip is even though I knew about Vegas, you can't really know it until you've been there. So I was blown away and had an amazing time and that was before I had any idea what I was doing or knew about this website! You will have a great trip and you are way ahead of the game by joining the forums!

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I definitely plan on going to the clubs. We're planning on being there until Monday morning. My budget is $2500 but unfortunately, I'm not sure who's all coming and how much their budgets are. Causes too much uncertainty to start planning but I guess I just like to do my research.

Everyone who has said you're off to a good start finding these forms is 100% on point. I found them before my first (and only trip so far) and I could not imagine having anywhere near half the fun without them.
