Planning my first trip to Vegas in October with my boyfriend. We've never been before and are looking for help - where to stay, what to do, etc. I'm 28 and he's 32. We like to play blackjack a little. I like to go clubbing but he's not really into that. Tips / suggestions / beginners guide or info would be helpful.

First thing would be figure out the budget. How long are you staying for? Flying or driving in? Looking for the top of the line place or a place to crash while partying? Gambling?
Top of the line and $$$ will be Wynn properties, Aria, Cosmo. MGM, Planet Hollywood, Mandalay Bay would be next level imho. Vdara is also very nice but their is no casino but in their with Aria and Cosmopolitan and easy to get to.
Sign up for MLife and Total Rewards so you can get possible offes on rooms fo their properties.
Also use the 3rd party sites for rooms and if you are flying in and have access to Southwest check out their vacation packages as I have gotten great deals doing flight and room combos that I couldn't beat booking individually or on the 3rd party sites.
Ask questons and the people on here will be more than willing to answer as long as you're specific which translates back to...what's the budget.

Just a left field thought... black jack can be played anywhere... Vegas has some of the best clubs in the world. You might want to consider going without him
I know... i dont take the moral high road... but just a thought.
