April 25-28 Trip, Room, Nightclub, Pool Party Recommendations!

Hi guys,

I'm in the process of planning my brother's bachelor party for the April 25-28 weekend. Looks like it is going to be 11 guys. Hoping to maybe have an itinerary as follows

Friday AM arrive in town
Friday PM nice dinner. Night club with bottle service

Saturday Day - Pool Party (I'm browsing some of the recommendations as we speak)
Saturday PM, either more nightclub vs. gentleman's club

Sunday Day - ??
Sunday PM -??

I'm a complete newbie here and obviously have barely over a month to ensure this gets pulled off. Can 1 host arrange lodging, nightclubs, pool parties, etc? Or is it best to do everything individually or with separate hosts?

Please provide any recommendations as far as where to stay, places to go...I'm reading some of these threads as we speak...

Forgot the brief introduction with all the questions. A group of Southerners headed out your way, bringing our manners and accents to the dessert. Not our first visit, but the first bachelor party. Youngest 29...Eldest mid 30's.

1. Budget
you can go low end or high end- figure how much your working with-
hotels-
food-
nightclubs/pools- tables vs presale tickets

FYI: Friday/ Saturday night are the big nights in vegas- most expensive hotel rooms- most demand at nightclubs- Saturday/ Sunday are the big pool days
Your sunday hotel night will be cheaper and your really likely to get a bottle deal at a nightclub on Sunday night

2. hotels
I would check www.kayak.com to compare
Also keep in mind resort fee on top- can be as high as +$28 a night a room.

3. restaurants
all over the map

4. nightclubs/ pool parties
check all nightclub/pool websites to see dj lineups and COMPARE- go with what sound your group likes best

For tables your probably looking at maybe 3 bottle minimum say $500x3=$1500 +28% tax/tip $420
just say $2000 all in minimum on the very low end- per event- if that is too much presale tickets are great for just entry or go for a bottle special on sunday night.

5. stripclubs
all strip clubs do free limo/ free entry
some topless clubs do $100 bottle specials before 8pm or 9pm
full nude clubs serve unlimited free soft drinks
