Once upon a time a man called Jack started a website, and on that website there was a forum filled with dedicated followers who believed in working the Vegas machine to get into clubs, Share tables, meet in Vegas from distant lands and party their asses off.
As was passed on to me...one night, Jack had a
comp table at a club and at the door he was asked, how many in your party? To which he responded, just put Jack Colton and Army of Drinkers. And the AOD was born.
As a benefit to the members of the forum, Jack planned a weekend (~2010) where the Army of Drinkers would meet in Vegas and invade poolclubs and nightclubs together; bound together by elegant silicone wrist jewelry and massive group walk-ins that left line-bound patrons in awe. And they parties their asses off. That weekend the AOD invaded Las Vegas for the first time.
Although many early AOD members no longer frequent the JackColton.com forums regularly, and the JC.com website no longer controlled the events of invasion for a time, the AOD lives on in a Facebook group Jack Colton's AOD Army of Drinkers and clandestine communication network called GroupMe.
The AOD has decided to invade Vegas once again: June 9th to 13th, 2016. This year JackColton.com (Via Jackify.com) is again selling wristbands and planning poolclub and nightclub events to coincide with the AOD Invasion.
