So after a week of posting and reading around I thought I finally introduce myself.
Born and raised German here, but have been on this side of the pond now for over 10 years. I am in my mid 30s and lived all over the country but most recently in NJ for a good four years until about 3 weeks ago when I moved to the SF Bay area, more specifically to Fremont. I work in the medical device development field, dealing predominantly with regulations and laws, trying to make our devices safe for our customers and making sure we follow all requirements laid out by the FDA (fun people to work with
).
I love to drink, eat and play. And absolutely love Vegas for all these reasons. Have been there about every other month for the last year and that was while I still lived East, so now that I am living West I have a feeling this might just go up. My two currently planned trips are this weekend and then for EDC in early June again.
Hotels in Vegas I have stayed at: Gold Coast (my very first night ever in Vegas in 1998), Riviera, Excalibur, Luxor, NYNY, MGM, Caesar's, Tropicana (last year after renovation), Paris and PH, which is where I stay exclusively now as I have a super host there and am somewhat spoiled by not having to pay for rooms/suites anymore.
Current Clubs in Vegas I have been to: Pure, Moon, Rain, Ghostbar, Drais, Gallery, Chateau, Cathouse, Lavo, XS, and Marquee.
Admittingly in all my trips I have yet to make it to a Pool Dayclub, but that will change with MDC this Saturday and I am super excited.
After growing up listening to a lot of EDM in Europe in the 90s, I honestly got away from it until last year when I started to rediscover it and now listen to it mainly. I think partly to blame for this change is Deadmau5's set at Lolla last year that I had sooo much fun at
.
So that's about it and again am happy to have found this site and be here.
P.S. Also wouldn't mind to get some suggestions on nightlife in the SF and SJ area as I am totally new to this area and if anyone from the area ever wants to hang out, I am up for anything.
