How rude of them! How come you're spending so much time at Marquee? MDC Friday, Marquee at night, then same on Saturday?

We stay in a bungalow at Cosmo. The bungalow is essentially inside Marquee. The terrace to the bungalow opens up onto the Marquee pool deck. So we can walk out our back door into Marquee. We can come and go as we please. We don't have to wait in line or get to the club early. We hang out in the bungalow until the club starts to fill up then walk out our back door into the club. We are pretty much the kings of Marquee when we are in a bungalow. We love it. It is next to impossible (mentally) to leave that to go to another club.

How much does a bungalow run per night? I checked online but says you have to call in for reservations.

I did some additional research online and found some rough numbers. Prices all over the map based on day/time of year.

Yes. All over the map. In my experience prices are cheaper in early summer than late summer.

Oh that makes sense. Very cool!! I saw those last year and wondered how they worked. I don't blame you for not leaving.

A couple of friends and I (3 guys and a girl) will be there on the 11-14th weekend. Either staying at PH or Aria this time around.

Cool! We're aiming for 1st weekend of June and will probably book the hotel/flights next month. I know someone who plays the World Series of Poker too, he's actually won it a couple of times. He's a personal friend of my best friend A., so that's how I know him. Good luck to you! )

I am sitting on a brutally boring legal due diligence call so I figure what better time than to post my way too early (yes, I know 4 months is way way way too early) plans for my trip the first weekend in June. 18 weeks, 2 days. Clearly I do not have a whole lot else to look forward to (as you can likely assume by the fact that I am on a legal due diligence call).

Thursday night. 3 guys. Staying at Wynn/Encore. 1 of our guys is out there for a conference so 2 of us will fly out to meet him Thursday night before the others arrive on Friday. We will go to EBC at Night. I know Hakk is the place to be on Thursday night. I've been to Hakk, had a dance floor table (for Nervo) and thought it was awesome. But I don't want to drop $6K for 3 guys and I don't want to miss out on a pool party (EBC at Night). I love pool parties.

Friday day through Sunday day. 6 guys. Move to Cosmo bungalow. MDC during the day, Marquee at night.

Sunday night. Table (location TBD) at XS Nightswim. We went to Eclipse last year, it was awesome, but I can't skip XS Nightswim again.

That's it. Easy planning. The only wildcard was/is Thursday night.

Unrelated - I thought I was a Vegas veteran until I needed bzl to translate wsop in her post.

^^Can't fault that plan at all.
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Good plan, EastCoast. I'm hoping to check out Omnia and Drais during my stay. I've never done XS Nightswim so I'm hoping to do that as well. Drais was in our plans last year but we never made it. I always plan everything, including dinner reservations, but it never works out. lol We are always too tired or my friend is drunk after the pool party and we can't make it to dinner, or we meet people during the day and change plans for the night. I am by no means a Vegas veteran, though I feel like one because I've read every single thread on this Forum. haha It has just occurred to me I've never been to Marquee (at night) either. It will all depend on who is playing where, I guess. Too many clubs, too little time...

I will be there the last weekend of June for my birthday!!! Any suggestions as to how soon to book hotel and flights? Never been to vegas and I am thinking about staying at MGM.
