So we need a Travelling Solo Sticky

Was thinking with all the recent influxes of solo travellers, would it be good to house them on a permanent sticky, this way soloists can get intouch with other soloists.

I think its a good way to "tailor" the get connected section. Interested to know though if soloists want to get together with another soloist or want to join a group. i think getting together with other soloists in a "wing man/woman" capacity is a great way to start meeting new people.

yeah... i havent seen this JC member again... so.. i think he was a one hit wonder.... I would have no hestitation in organising another attempt with a JC regular. Given there are a few on here that post epic trip reports etc.

Had this happen with a solo guy too, but the dude was sick and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He did manage to connect me and my gf with another group of three from JC, though, so it still ended up being ok. 5 instead of 6 isn't too much of a difference.
