AVN Adult Entertainment Expo Weekend Jan 19-21

I'm heavily considering going to this with either my girl or by myself for a short little weekend trip. Is anyone else doing this whole thing? Or has anyone done this previously? It sounds like a blast! But i'm up in the air...

I was wondering if anyone did this as well. I am looking to go that weekend and was looking at some of the ticket prices for some of their events and was wondering if it's worth doing or what was worth doing.

I've done it the past 2 years and I don't think I'll be doing it again. It's about $80, i think, for a one day pass. Many vendors around selling different sex products and porn stars signing pictures, some with longs lines, and some not. You'll soon learn that some of the stars aren't that great looking in person, but non the less, many sites to be seen.

I am def going to the AVN expo Jan 20, 2011 - we should meet I heard the award show isnt that great going (from a veteran who goes every year) due to you just watching people give thank you's for awards. But the expo during the day is where you actually get to talk to the stars and take pictures with them! I look forward to it as it will be my 1st time there as well. Reply back and maybe we can meet up!

I was thinking about doing the day expo, but then I was thinking, would it be worth the time? Cause knowing me, I will probably be up all night partying and probably will be drinking till the early morning. And I'll wake up like an hour or two later to do more drinking which lead me to thoughts that the expo might interfere with the drinking LOL. I'll have to see. I know a few friends going to the show and expo. He said he could get me tickets for cheaper if I wanted them so I'm thinking about it.

Yah going to this event is about the only place I definitively want to make time for - but I hear you on the drinking - that may interfere with my plans lol. When I get drink - I too get awesome We'll see what happens!

Well, if anything, we can go drunk and hope we don't pass out or get kicked out lol. But, do we want to experience the expo like that? Would that make it all the more awesome?

Got back to this thread after i decided to not go this year, but it sounds like I'm not missing out on as much as i thought i would have. One of you who end up going should make some sort of short review, so i can decide if i want to go next year
