November 18-19 Table for 3, advise please!

Hi folks, I and my 2 friends (so three guys total) are looking to live it up in Vegas on the 18th and 19th, we are looking for advise on where to get best quotes/contacts for a 1-2 bottle table?
Also if anyone else wants to join or invite us to their tables we are more than happy to share the fair share of the table costs.
Thinking of XS, Tao, Lavo, Trsyt, Pure etc...

Any other advise for VIP entry to different places etc. is appreciated as we may not buy bottles both nights? Appreciate it!
