My wife's combo that she uses. She is an ER nurse so I don't argue with her on this one.
Always eats before going out to drink.
B-12 vitamin before going out to drink and a B-12 in the morning right before or during breakfast.
2 bottles of water before going to sleep and having a bottle or glass of water between every 2 drinks.
Aspirin the next morning if needed. She never does Tylenol or ibuprofen with a hangover.
My one motto I lived by while in the Navy:
Beer before liquor, never sicker. Liquor before beer all clear.Happily sponsoring the Las Vegas economy since July 1996

Strange, I always start with beer or cider before switching to spirits.Originally posted by kp3205 View PostMy wife's combo that she uses. She is an ER nurse so I don't argue with her on this one.

If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Coconut water!
Yes, it tastes as one would possibly imagine ass to taste like, but its way better than the reflux inducing gatordate or similar!
Get a flavoured one, it'll go down easier.

From a recent thread, I think it's been scientifically proved that you can avoid a hangover by drinking grey goose instead of stoli or other lesser brandsEastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. Right there with you on those. Although I'd probably add that I'd take that Aspirin with 1.5oz of bourbon mixed with water when those first few steps don't go well.Originally posted by kp3205 View PostAlways eats before going out to drink.

Coming from the UK we have something similar called Diarlyte.
My go to approach is usually:
Diarlyte
Berrocca x 2
Alka Saltzer x 2
All in one cocktail before sleeping. Same again in the morning. Although one time after a pool party we tried the above mixed with champagne. It was actually decent!
Might try the coconut water this year but as described by someone else...it tastes like ass.
