    Hey,

Were doing a little LA trip to break up our two weeks and get away from Vegas and were looking at going to a Dodgers game, being from England we've never been to a game before an were wondering wheres best to get ticktets.

When we attend football (soccer) games over here we all prefer behind the goal seats so wondering if theres anywhere best to watch a baseball game, is it better behind the plate, in the outfield seats etc

    Cheers,

    Dave

Personally with that stadium any of the field box or infield box is my choice. Twist my arm it would be #1 Field box VIP and then infield box. Gone to 3 games out there.

I don't like to be directly behind the plate. If you go up a level it works but I prefer down either the 1st or 3rd base line as close to the field as possible while also making sure my seats do not go further down the line behind either base. Yes I am picky when going to baseball games. I've done outfield seats at other stadiums and for me it just doesn't have the feel of being close to the action and such.

    Hope this helps.

I would suggest getting the tix directly from the Dodgers website. The pricing is different depending on who they are playing and what day of the week or night. Better teams a little higher pricing than the lower end teams.

Move your mouse over each of the different sections of seating and the stadium in the left corner will indicate exactly whee the tickets are.

Go through a reputable host; folks on this forum can recommend plenty. Prices will depend heavily on who is pitching that night, and which night of the week it is. For example, an Angels game on a Thursday night with C.J. Wilson throwing you might be able to get tickets for $40M/$20F, but you'll have to double that (or more) for a Dodgers game on a Saturday night with Clayton Kershaw on the mound. And unless you are OK just standing in the crowded concessions areas, I would definitely recommend doing table service. Dodgers Stadium isn't really set up for GA in my opinion. HTH.

From the dates we're looking at it looks as though it will be a 3 game home stand with the Diamondbacks, so were probably looking at the Tuesday or the Wednesday, guessing they wouldnt put the price up too much for tickets ?

Safe to assume June series or September series.

If June here is the link to all of the pricing to all seat sections.

Going through the Dodgers website would be your best option, as others have said. IMO, 1st base or 3rd base side would be your best bet viewing wise.

Also, just a heads up...Vegas has a minor league team, the 51's. They're the Triple A affiliate of the New York Mets (meaning they send off players to the Mets once they're ready) Triple A baseball is the final stop for players before they go off to the big leagues so it's quality baseball..granted, it won't be as good as an MLB game, but it's still very enjoyable. In a sense, I guess you could say it's like the Championship League in England...except, the teams don't get promoted or relegated..only the players
