Cryo sauna

I was watching something that apparently there is this thing called a cryo sauna tank which a lot of celebrities use to burn like 900 calories in like 3 minutes cuz it's like a freeze tank and ur body heat just acts so fast that it burns a ton of cals. I figured there might be one in Vegas. That'd be perfect before a pool party.

Don't most hotels provide gyms? 20 mins of weights and 20 mins on the treadmill and you'll feel refreshed.

I agree but from what I hear it's insane.. The clippers n like the Mavericks been using it for couple years and it just burns a bunch of calories and helps something with your tendons n stuff... Figured any added benefits in Vegas is worth the try... Plus it's only like 3 minutes
