1. B12 - Helps with hangovers. Alcohol depletes B vitamin. Take 1 before and 1 after drinking
2. Magnesium - Muscle relaxer for chewing if you're experimenting with synthetics
3. HTP-5 - Keeps the mood going by naturally helping you replace seratonin
4. Emergen-C or Airborne tablets - I love blasts of vitamin C and immune system
5. Pedialyte - A must have. Drink some while pre-gaming and down a bottle after drinking
6. Peanut butter and Jelly sandwhiches - I bring all the ingredients with me and make them for my group
7. 2-3 Hour nap prior to game time - necessary for me to drink very heavily all night and finish strong in the bedroom
If I follow the above setup I can usually go hard 3 days in a row with 4-6 hours of sleep."The man on the top of the mountain didn't fall there"
Go BIG then go HOME

Funny, between pool, nap and clubs.........I always forget to eat. Some PB&J's in the room might be the ticket.

Before starting a night of drinking I eat a carb filled meal that is usually pizza or pasta. Fat slows down alcohol absorption and as Kinar suggested a vitamin B supplement.
I don't mix the alcohols. If you do, while I was in the Navy, the saying was liquor before beer all clear. Beer before liquor never sicker. I also only do the light colored liquors like vodka and such. For some reason any of the dark liquors usually hurt more the next day. For every 3 drinks or combo drinks/shots I drink 1 bottle of water.
More water before hitting the bed. Aspirins or such in the morning when I wake up and a solid meal. I don't do aspirins at night before bed because the alcohol is already thinning the blood and taking this also doesn't have much effect on me personally.Happily sponsoring the Las Vegas economy since July 1996

Yes... i did Push last time i was there... and swear by it.Originally posted by Savs View PostAnyone ever try Hangover Heaven or one of those other IV places? Seems like a waste of money.
Did it after my first night... after flights and drinking... i needed the IV + B12 shot. It made me all good for the rest of my trip.

Yep, that routine kept us alive last year for our trip last year (5 clubs, 5 pools, 5.5 days) 2 of us went through 3 litres of pedialyte a day!
