Wasn't there a NY version of JC?? I'm heading there in a week or so and looking for the best places to go.

So far we have Lavo Brunch and Marquee on the agenda.

As far as I know, it doesn't exist.

NY is a totally different ballgame. Vegas runs on a constant stream of new faces and visitors. NY is still dominated by locals more heavily than Vegas. "Society" in NY is not something you can buy your way into and connections mean something very different.

Marquee, Lavo and the like aren't too difficult to get into. Is this your first trip to NY? Are you familiar with the turf?

Basically ended up getting in touch with a guy recommended by Chris Traer. Tao Group own a lot of properties in NYC so we just ended up hitting them. PH-D (err...twice!), Marquee (wasn't my favourite) and Lavo Brunch (which was epic!).
