Is it worth buying a weekend pass or better to stick with cab?

I used the monorail once...yes it's cheap...however...it takes FOREVER to get from the street to a station b/c they force you to walk through the entire damn casino/hotel to get to them, up stairs/escalators...it's not quick...or easy as a cab, but it is cheap. It only runs down the MGM side of the strip also. There are some free monorails on the opposite side between MGM owned resorts also.

So me personally...I stick with cabs now.
