I'm relocating to finish out my schooling in Vegas. I've got a military background and a little over a year of bar/nightclub security experience here in MN. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or experience working as security out there?

I could use a personal security guard as part of my crew. My crew is mostly made up of my high school buddies. Not guys I went to school with, just some kids that are still in school.
We basically walk the streets like a neighbourhood watch program, I'm the. Captain and I buy all the kids booze at the end of the night. No cigarettes or drugs.
I carry a bow and arrow, I'm a decent shot I guess. Some guys bring slingshots, one guy has brass knuckles. We don't cause any problems and the police chief said I could be in line for a community safety award.
When we're walking the streets we bullshit around, talk about girls, pecker grabs and we always have toothpicks in our mouth.
