What up JC Forums?! I've been away from the site for a bit. Honestly, when it gets cold, my mind transitions from Vegas trips to ski trips. February 1 marks the beginning of a serious cutting phase in order to prep for Pool Season though, so with that being said, I'M BACK!!!!

what up! i'm back too...started my dieting a month ago since I have 25 lbs to pop this year, last year I targeted only 20...each year it gets harder but I can do it...and its definitely worth it.

I've already booked my hotel for my annual July trip so its just a matter of waiting to buy adv purchase tix & wait until Southwest drops their prices for Summer travel...here goes

Slow as hell...I had to stop buying bags of gummy bears from Walmart - its like my cocaine
No muscle issues, I'm big enuff - 240....just need to slice up for the pool ...I'll be there in July so its 2 months & counting...so I've buckled down, carb depletion and carb timing...with cardio spread out over the week.

I too will be in Vegas in July. Ive got 2 months to get a nice physique going, not trying to get super cut but would like to see some muscle. Im 6'2 and weigh 175 on a good day(bad eating habits have me weighing at 180 when monday arrives)

Haha dang, kind of bad I just heard this song for the first time when I was in Seattle last weekend out at Amber.

And guys don't be like me and fail to train. I slacked hard for Vegas with gym time and going there out of shape in 2 weeks! When I got sick for like a month in January screwed my workouts all up then I got lazy after I got better.
