I'm headed to Nashville this March 14-17 for the SEC Basketball Tournament. So far there's 2 other guys and 1 of their cousins lives in the city. I've never been to Nashville - looking for recommendations. Restaurants/Bars/Nightlife/things to do? Will be staying downtown but have access to a car. Thanks JC fam in advance!

Nashville is a lot of fun. I grew up around there. The clubs scene kind of sucks, but the bar seen is great. Not really sure what you're looking for, but the bars on 2nd and on Broadway in downtown are a must. There's live music every night and good looking women everywhere.
The better restaurants of to the SW of downtown. Take Broadway out of downtown to where it splits up. To the right is West End Ave, to the left is 21st Ave (still called Broadway for the first few blocks). Lots of good restaurants off of these two roads. I'd recommend Noshville (1918 Broadway) for breakfast food. A restaurant called PM (2017 Belmont Blvd.) if you like sushi. Lots of cool stores and such in this area.
If you want to do something really touristy, check out Opryland. Take i-40 east to Briley Parkway and go north. Can't miss it.
