Has anybody ever been to Pawn Stars? If so, how long is the line/wait in line? Do the pawn shops in Vegas typically low ball the heck out of things too? I have never pawned anything before, so kinda clueless, except for what I have seen on the shows.

I've heard there's usually a pretty long line, and it's a total clusterf*** inside. The guys are never there unless they're filming at which time they shoo everyone out. Only exception I've heard is ChumLee will pop by sometimes during non-filming. All pawn shops low-ball everything, that's how they make money. Make sure you know what you have and what it's worth before you go in. If your research shows it should sell for $100, then plan on getting $50 or less from a Pawn Shop.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

I went a couple of years ago and there was no line, but pretty crowded for a pawn shop. As stated above, I did not see any of the guys from the show. However my sister went the last time she was out there and got a photo with Chum.

Also, I was surprised at how small it was. The way the show is filmed you would think it is a pretty big pawn shop but it was sort of "meh".

Isnt Chumlee at a club every night of the week too? I see photos all the time of him. Usually at LAX though
