We're here...I gotta start 2 a days this week, I touch down in Vegas July 3rd so its getting close.
Its all about burning fat off my fat ass lol! or should that say I am a fat ass!

This screams bad idea to me. You're going to drop like a fly once you get a drop of liquor in you. Why not just eat real food?

Not sure if im going to drop 15 lbs until 23rd of next month, I lift weight and do cardio+ 1800 calories limit, but usually lose about 1.5 lbs a week, would suck to go topless with my gut

It takes time to burn fat. 1.5 lbs a week of fat is really good. If you loose the fast 15 your talking about it won't be the 15 lbs of fat that your worried about. You could loose 20 lbs in a week.... But your not loosing 20lbs of fat. Just lower your calories to 1500 and space out your meals to prevent low blood sugar. The do your cardio 25 min at a time twice a day.

I've dropped 20lbs in about 8 weeks and am currently droping 1.5-2lbs per week. I do cardio and lift a few times per week. No need to get crazy with the diet. Just stick to meat, veggies, and good fats like almonds. If I were doing 25mins of high intensity cardio every day I could probably average more like 3lbs per week.

You've got 6 weeks. Dropping 15lbs (the right way) is definitely doable in 6 weeks.

I'm eating cleaner these days & doing cardio an hour a day, 6 days a week. I'm in Vegas July 6th through the 10th. I should be able to make a huge dent by then but need help maximizing my efforts.

I take an OxyElite Pro (orig formula) pill upon waking up then I eat breakfast within 30 minutes consisting of scrambled egg whites and usually a fruit. I've eliminated diet colas entirely. Ocassionally I'll have a cranberry unsweet tea from Sonic & add sweet and low - gotta love their happy hour. For lunch I have a salad with a lite vinegar dressing with chopped grilled chicken and usually a baked potato with a butter substitute. Around 3pm I'll have 3 oz of tuna with some water then dinner is usually another salad with a grilled salmon patty. Around 8pm, I'll have another 3oz of tuna. I think I'm doing "ok" on water but think I could increase it more. I'm considering breaking up my cardio to two 30 minute sessions a day.

I def got a pre vegas diet and work out plan. Normally I hit vegas in the summer time. Any where from june-aug. The rest of the year I'm in my bulking phase and start to cut about 3-3.5 months before my trip.

My diet consist of that with Cutting, High protein and low carbs and lesser calories. I intake about 360 grams of protein per day with carb cycling. I eat very strict... Tuna (Kirkland- 50g per can), Turkey Burgers/Ground Turkey, Chicken. Brown Rice, Whole wheat pasta/bread/cereal. Tons of Salads. And 132 OZ of water.

My work out consists of 3-4 days a week depending on work. I usually do my splits and then cardio after my lifting. Split consist of Chest/Tri (shoulders sometimes) Back/Biceps/Abs (Traps sometimes) Rest 1 day then Shoulders/Lats and abs. Then on an off day I hit abs again with a day in between each ab hit. Legs once ever other week.

When I get back home depending if it still summer I will continue to keep my regiment due to living in cali and being beach season. If it's later on in the year I will start my bulking phase once again.

No steroids, Pretty much all natural BB. Only take a few supplements.

Routine started 1 Jan, 90kg, currently sitting on 75kg with 9 days to go until Vegas. Oh how I was a fat mess...I'm not exactly shredded now but I'm in much more respectable shape and nearly have a flat stomach when standing up.

I might just carry my progress pictures around with me....birds will be 'mirin!

6 weeks out and eliminated salt and sugar from my diet, drinking only water, eating lean meat, green veggies and good carbs. Cardio 2x a week and HIIT 2x a week along with lifting. So far so good.
