Started this Julien Greaux 365 Circuit last week in hopes of attending Vegas for Halloween '12!

Haha the thing that sucks is about half of the girls there can't even cut hair.
Yeah - I hear ya. Only reason I still go to this particular great clips is that the same lady has been cutting my hair for years. If she's not working that day, I wait for another day. When she leaves, I'll go elsewhere

It's almost surreal that the Jack Colton/AOD May Invasion is almost here. I'm bringing it hard for 2 more days, staying clean on the diet until the 17th, and need to start packing!!

I totally agree about Core Syn, and think it should be in the rotation more often than the regular schedule has it. Its such a great compound workout.
Yup and since I failed on Chest and back the other day I figured core syn hits the chest pretty well to make up for it. I haven't exactly been following the program the last 3 weeks or so since I started riding a pedicab, my cardio is at work and if I tried to do legs and back after a night at work, I'd probably wind up dead lol so I've just been hitting the arms and chest workouts with some core syn sprinkled in and of course ab ripper with any upper body work out.

I am booked at Art of Shaving Thursday morning for a haircut and straight razor shave, its pricey but sounds glorious! As for workouts, Saturday I crashed halfway through chest and back, not sure what was up, but could barely lift myself up after about halfway. Today I did core syn, I love that workout, hits all the glamor spots. Plan to do shoulders and arms on Weds and fly out Thurs morning!

Ground beef can be fine, just in moderation. Same with bacon - try to find really lean bacon if you can though. I buy bacon from a local butcher/smokehouse that is made from pork shoulder rather than pork belly, and it's super lean and REALLY good.

I don't eat a ton of beef in my regular diet, but when I do I eat the leanest cuts possible. I grill up a 2lb flank steak every couple of weeks and work that into dinners/lunches for the next several days.

I'm working out all the way up till leaving for the invasion. My flight to Vegas is friday at 1pm - I'm going to do one last round of Chest & Back + AbRipper before i head out to the airport

Works well for me, I also reintroduced bacon into my diet too and it's been great.
