House and Rap mixes?

I'm not really into the rap/hip hop mixes at the club but some of them are pretty good.

Only ones I can think of are:

Tiesto & Diplo w/Busta Rhymes: C'Mon
Ian Carey s/ Snoop: Last Night


Anyone think of any other songs. remix or mashup?

Anything by Girl Talk and my absolute favorite: 51 Fifty! Girl Talk produces just mashups where as 51 Fifty is a live act featuring DJ Presto One and Dustin J. Presto mixes and Dustin drums and Brenda shakes her ass in the back. <3 them!

I will say this, last weekend sirius did dj am radio, made me realize again how much I miss open format/mash ups being played regularly.

For me right now along with girl talk, I think 3LAU is one of the best going for mash ups, and he throws alot of rap in his stuff.

I also check out thissongissick.com great mix of stuff out there. Found Logic on that site, find myself listening to this one a few times a week, might be what you are looking for

I guess what I'm trying to do was get a friend comfortable with the house/EDM music we usually fist pump to on the way to Vegas from LA. LOL. He's coming in from Austin but isnt really deep into all the club stuff.

I was hoping he'd be comfortable with listening to stuff like this so at least he's not left out in the car as we're bobbing our head and throwing our hands up during our 4hr drive. haha.

Download some of the DJ Scene podcasts. They are free on iTunes and are a mix of house, top 40 and some hip hop.

Another good place to pick up might be to download the Basic Physics "Lift Off" stuff off of soundcloud, most of their stuff is the "big" EDM tracks right now as the base beat mashed up with more pop/rap stuff so your buddy will at least recognize some of the EDM stuff by the time you hit the clubs and it makes great driving music.

Lupe Fiasco has done a bunch of stuff lately that I've liked - some synergy with ElectroHouse / EDM -
