Where i can buy a cell phone near of strip of Vegas ? I'm looking for the new LG Prada...and it have to be free to all networks without contract, because it's for me to use here in Portugal.

Most brick and mortar stores don't sell unlocked cell phones so your best bet would be to use an online service. Both www.negrielectronics.com and www.expansys.com have the LG Prada. I'm not sure if they will ship to Portugal though (Expansys probably will).
