Any properties taking care of their players these days? I remember going to the Aria a few months after it opened and all the hosts bad mouthing the Venetian for its shitty comps. Any preference over MGM or Harrahs/Caesars?

I've heard about venetian be really tight lately although I haven't done much gambling with them, Harrahs has taken care of me the most with all the gambling I have done within there casinos. Just remember the more gambling/player points you rack up the more they will take care of you.

my understanding is that the venetian has stopped comping all but their "best players". i'm not sure what best players means, but from what i read there are no more comps. i still get offers for a few comp nights a week by mail so im not sure what no comps even means. either way they were comping pretty shitty before this news and that what the host at aria was talking about.

its a shame though cause this really was our go to. great food, clubs, shopping, everything. i prolly just won't gamble here anymore.

The Harrah's group is still pretty good with taking care of their players. A few years ago my roomate was a diamond member and has since fallen from grace so to speak and they still comp us rooms at a minimum, despite her playing not being anywhere near as high as it was circa 2005.

im kind of in the same boat. definitely gambled more in years past but have played much less as of late. good to know that theyre still pretty good. prolly just hit harrahs or mgm casinos unless i end up staying at cosmo and get in touch with a good host

We usually spend around $3k per trip to the Rio. Harrahs usually comps us 4 nights out of our usual 5 night stay.

I've received two offers of two nights each for the cosmopolitan. Place is really awesome too and they treat you well

I've always had good experiences at the Palms....they comped me for sports betting on college football...which I've never had happen. I did pretty well, so maybe they just wanted to make sure I lost it all lol.

I also got good comps at Cosmo playing craps. Couple of days for a couple of runs at craps.

I've also gotten good comps at Caesar's, but I haven't been there for awhile.

Venetian/Palazzo are always mailing me comped night offers with match play offers, etc.. Usually only spend a couple K... So pretty good considering.
