Tier Credits & Comps at Wynn/Encore

Staying at the Encore for an upcoming bachelor party and want to know about the Tier Credits and Comps at Wynncore. I know they have their own system, but I don't know much about it to be honest, as the last few times there I didn't pay attention to it, know enough about it, or gamble all that much.

Can I put all of our groups big ticket spending - bottle service at XS, EBC, and a big dinner out - on my card if it is split amongst a large group? Will they just take the total amount and put it towards someone, or the person who put it all together??

And what kind of credits and comps does that kind of spend get you vs gambling? Between the suite at 4k for 2 nights, a night and a day of 3k+++ minimums, and a big dinner out, it is going to be prob 15k.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, because I don't have a ton of first-hand experience with the Wynn system, but it's my understanding that the Red Card program doesn't have "tiers" in the same way that Mlife and Total Rewards do, nor do they take into account resort spend or give credit for it.

Either way, resort spend generally doesn't get you "comps"; those come strictly from gambling. What tier credits do get you at MGM and Caesars properties is various perks, mostly of the line-skipping variety.
