  • Best place to drink while playing table games!

Looking for a fun place to get drunk for free while I play some craps, blackjack, or mini-baccarat. I'd prefer to stick to lower limit tables (ideally $10 minimums and under), my gambling budget for a week in Vegas is $1,000, but I know I won't be playing the entire time, soooo...

Any places where you've had a blast boozing and rolling dice?

Any spots where I tip the cocktail waitress $20, she'll bring booze for me and my lady all night?

I think every casino in Vegas fits your description ?
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

You can probably trying to sit near the slots closest to bar where the servers can see you too.

Awesome, thanks for the tip. Good odds on the craps table at that casino too!

Most places during the week will have $10 min, PH and maybe Cosmo earlier in the week. On the weekends, may want to stick with CET properties like Flamingo.

Best games for when your primary goal is to drink as much as possible are craps and bacarrat. Mainly because it's perfectly acceptable to sit out a roll or hand while still "playing". Aria drink service is very slow in my experience, and limits are higher...usually no less than $15. As mentioned Casino Royale is a good bet. Otherwise, I like Mirage and Monte Carlo for quick drink service....and that big tip on the first drink does seem to make them come quicker.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

NYNY servers make the rounds by the tables pretty frequently too

Awesome, this is a great tip. And yes, I really want to just have a ridiculous night where we get completely plastered on those rubbing-alcohol-smelling cocktails while gambling.

When you order drinks from a server like this, I assume you have to be playing high-limits to get nice booze? They're not gonna give me a Speyside 12yo Single-Malt while I'm playing $10 minimum craps, right? It's well liquor and shitty beer?

It never hurts to ask. As mentioned above I would tip the server well on the first drink, then order something basic. When she comes back ask her about possibly getting the higher end drink. I mostly play at $5 or $10 limit tables (craps) and usually order vodka redbull or sprite, screwdrivers, or rum & coke. I typically tip the server $10 for the first drink, then $2-$3 per drink after that. It beats paying the regular price of $8-10 the casino bars usually charge per cocktail.

Cool! I'll be sure to check if they're willing to give me a nicer whiskey, especially after tipping well on the first drink.

Casino Royale! $4 minimum on roulette tables. Tip the waitress nicely on the first couple rounds and you're set.

I usually stay at the Venetian, and we would venture out here since it was next door. Get ready, and pregame and gamble at Royale.
                            Next trip: ???

We have done this samething on our trips. Not too long ago it was $2 mins with 100x's odds
