goodposting here... This system has a losing position long run.
There is only ONE Roulette system that is not a losing system, and that is Mike Caro's legendary system....
The following roulette system is the brainchild of respected gambling authority Mike Caro, and has been endorsed by several top mathematicians. It is easy to use and mathematically sound. Moreover, it has been shown to completely eliminate the house edge in tests involving millions of computer-simulated trials.
I'm going give you a secret roulette system that really works. It will cut the house advantage to literally nothing, if you believe in it enough to never get frustrated and switch tactics. What I'm going to say may seem strange, but here goes.
First, never bet simply red or black. Also don't bet odd or even. These are equally poor, consistently losing wagers.
Second, don't be suckered into betting zero or double zero, despite what some experts may suggest. This may seem like you're betting with the house, but for technical reasons you are actually betting against the house -- and you are taking the worst of it.
So, in order to negate the house advantage, you MUST stick to straight non-green number bets. All odd red numbers turn out to be bad choices, based on over two trillion computer trials. Don't bet them.
All even black numbers fare poorly, and cannot be bet, for much the same reason, which I won't explain here.
Let's get straight to the money-saving advice. Any bet you decide to make MUST cover only even-red or odd-black numbers. There are no exceptions.
Finally, you need to be very disciplined in excluding the number 30 and the group of consecutive numbers that begins with 11 and continues clockwise through and including 14.
This system may seem mystical, but I take gambling quite seriously, and this works for me.

I did a few weeks ago...I didn't win big, but I did play for a few hours off of $60 and got free drinks...my wife hit a slot big that night so in the last 30 minutes I started betting some numbers straight up and hitting. Left up about $150 and buzzed. Good night in my book.
In my experience, this was a good strategy to milk free drinks and make your money last. Unless your playing $5/bet it's hard to really grow your stack before a loss kicks you in the teeth. As with anything tho, get a good run going and you do quite nicely. Oh, was a good way to not really be in to the game and just drink and chat people up.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.
I hate to be a downer but this is still a losing strategy in the long run. After a quick calculation assuming double zeroes there is a 63% chance to win $3 (8*1 for the winning bet, minus 5 losing bets) and a 37% chance to lose the $6 bet. That leads to an expected loss of .31. It will be fairly common to win but the losses will kill you in the long run.
these are still pretty good long run odds. lol

I just tried out this method after reading it on here and I can't believe how it works. I'm talking about the rule of all red evens, black odds and nothing from 11-14 clockwise and no number 30. I had $1000 to play with (MGM Grand) and ended 3 hours of playing ($20 chips) and got my total up to $5000 4 hours later. I lost twice and won 3 times consistently so it worked and I'm sure I did get lucky but as a complete novice to roulette I had my fun!

Thanks for posting about it!
Congratulations on your win, that's awesome!!!! But you didn't follow his system correctly, because what you did is impossible with his system.
I tried the "system" at bodog online and after 100 spins I lost $165, but won exactly 63% of the spins. I played $5 chips (so there was $30 on the table). Didn't work for me, but I'll try in Vegas and hopefully have some luck.
