So one thing I noticed on my last trip was the table mins were WAY lower than I ever seen before. I expected places like NYNY, MC, Luxor, and Bill's to have cheaper mins, but places like MGM, Mirage, Planet Hollywood, and even the Bellagio had multiple ten dollar mins on all games. Cant speak on places like Wynn, Cosmo, Aria. This wasnt just monday at 6 a.m either. Prime times on the weekend. I couldnt believe it. Sorry Chuck, I didnt play any baccarrat though.

I saw this at Bellagio as well, although Aria never really got below $15 on games besides craps (for which I found $10 tables pretty much everywhere) except for a scattered $10 blackjack game or two at the really dead hours. For what it's worth, $10 craps is generally pretty easy to find, probably because the number of bets an individual player has working at any given time means that a $15 minimum is a pretty drastic overall increase from a $10 minimum.

I am not following this. ????Originally posted by Geveanliggire View PostNever been asked to leave, but I have had people thrown off craps tables usually for interrupting the game.
Ive seen people thrown off the table for cursing after many warnings. Even really drunk Id be scared after being quietly warned by one of those old time mobster boxmen.Las Vegas is sort of like how God would do it if he had money. ~Steve Wynn

Huh? A penny is 1 cent right (sorry, I'm from overseas)?Originally posted by Jhaulotte View PostThen you can bet .50 a spin and get the same treatment as everyone else. Cocktail servers dont slow down on their trips around the floor to see what you're betting per spin
Why would I bet 50cents when I can get 1 cent? Am I missing something?

Think of it this way, the 25 cent machines don't pay very well unless you bet max bet, which is usually 1-5$... Penny slots pay worse when betting minimum... Imagine the machine going nuts and you getting excited only to find out you won $1 or two... But if you had max bet ~$1 you'd have won 100X that ($100)... I don't play slots, I find them boring and a waste of money, unless I'm wasted then thats a different story... a few years ago after taking a beating at the Bellagio ~$200 gone minutes on a craps table, then spending more at The Bank, I stumbled out of there nearly blacked out with the last few dollars I had left in my pocket I played max bet on a penny slot... A few spins in I hit something (I had no idea how to play this machine), ended up winning just over my $200 I had lost at the craps table...Originally posted by vegas_22 View PostHuh?
