Played the hangover penny slot machine in Tahoe this past weekend , entertaining slot by the way . I slip $100 bill in that bitch and think to myself this should buy me a hour or so of entertainment and at least 4 comp drinks.... Wrong, I found myself max betting @ 800 pennies a pop, wtf? Money in, money gone less then 5 minutes.

Did the exact same thing at NYNY Casino in Vegas, misread the credits in the corner $100 gone in 12 spins. Not a single free drink.

This goes for all penny slots. You cannot help but bet a couple hundred credits a pop, but there is nothing better than hitting bonuses when youre betting a lot.

I took the Hangover machine at the Rio (I think?) for like $180 off a $20. MY buddy then sat down at the one right next to it and pumped $300 in. Took roughly 10 minutes. Those machines are definitely jerks!

I look for penny slots that have low minimums and a ton of bonuses that you can hit. On my most recent trip the Star Trek machines were relatively kind to me. Fed it $100 and I was able to sit there for about an hour and take two bills out ... along with about 3 free drinks.

My mom asked me once if I wanted to tag along and walk with her from PH to Bally's cause she had a slot ticket she didn't cash out with 500+ credits. Walk all the way over they to realize it was $5 worth on the penny slots.

I was thinking I'd be able to get an hour or two of poker in. I think I played one hand by the time she was done. =/

Feel the same way too, guys. After max betting, I ended up losing my hundred bucks in hotel casino. It made me decide to try online betting since then. And of course a minimum bet should be the first move.

I have never ever done well max betting on slots. I really think the only ones that you should max bet are the Wheel of Fortune slots and those types. The video bonus slot types seem like they pay better when playing a dollar or so from my experience. I guess I just never have gotten lucky when max betting on those type of machines.
