Those two casinos are a good place to "get started" when playing.

You can find a decently cheap table at Encore during the day. It also has a window and is more quite/chill than Wynn.

...But it also depends on your game, for blackjack the hacienda famously offers a single deck, hit soft 17, double after split, no surrender, re-split aces table with a two dollar minimum. A house edge of only 0.02%. The best black jack in the world.

Roulette several casinos offer single 0 roulette on the strip. But planet Hollywood offers it at pretty low limits. 00 roulette 5.3% edge. Single 0 is only 2.7%
Vegas casinos (and the US in general) have great odds compared to other large world casinos.

Globally most have switched to auto-shuffler machines (unbeatable to counters), and standing on soft 17 is a thing of the past but still flies at Bellagio, MGM and Encore.

Bad odds? Try Crown Casino in Melbourne (was just there). They offer:
        - Auto shuffle
        - Only double on 9,10,11
        - Can only re-split once (even if you get 8,8,8)
        - Dealer doesn't peak at the hole card
        - 6 to 5 on blackjack

And that's still waaay better than the Toronto Exhibition Casino, where ties go to the dealer.

Strip casinos offer good odds if you stear clear of "Pleasure pit" and other gimmicky games.

Personally I like the Bellagio the best. Combination of restaurants, pool, poker room, large open spaces, a couple of the drinks at some of the bars and centralized location make it my ideal spot.

I also find the hosts to have the best customer service.
