Top of the World Restuarant

Has anyone ever been to the top of the world at the Stratosphere. Sounds interesting that it goes around while you dine, just curious if it is worth the trip all the way down to that end of the strip and worth the money. Looking for a place to go with about 6-10 people after a wedding renewal ceremony. And maybe close to a good club to go to as well on a friday.

I've been to the Top of the World a couple of times, and I really enjoyed it.

It really isnt too far. It is probably a $10 cab ride at most from the central strip.

There are not ANY decent clubs up that way. Maybe check out the eiffel tower (sp?) in Paris for dinner. That is alot closer to the top clubs. It will also save you the cab ride.

I went this April when I was there. I'm glad we did it. It is a B- restaurant with an A+ view. Try to get there just before sunset that way you get the daylight view and the night time view on the same trip. It is a pricey meal $60-$100 per person. I think it makes a full 360 every hour. Worst part is just being in the stratosphere which to my surprise was a very cheap hotel. Overall the view is worth the experience.

We also did the Eifel Tower restaurant which was much better food, amazing view and actually cheaper!

Also there's Alize at palms a great view of the strip. Award winning french cuisine and free admittance to ghost bar afterwords.
