Grease for a line pass is going to be in addition to cover. Figure about $50 if it's a long ass line plus the cover. $20 if the line is shorter imo...

A few years ago it cost me and a buddy $50 worth of grease EACH to get into Body English on a Sunday night - ( their big night) - but last Fall at Vanity (I was solo) it cost me $20. A racquet - but it was worth it :-)
