Mandalay Bay in Oct

Going to mandalay Oct 13-16 (Thurs-Sun). Looking forward to some fun pool action. Will crazy, screaming kids be an issue?? I was thinking they will be back in school hopefully...and do the 550 strip view rooms have Iphone/ipod docks?? Looking forward, its my first time at MB !!

I actually just got an email promo from Mandalay Bay that said that Morea Beach Club is tenatively scheduled to close on Oct. 13th. I think that has to do with how the weather and crowd are. But that doesnt speak for the regular pool. I would imagine they would close the same date. I havent been to the pool that late in the season in Vegas but last time I was at Mandalay Bay Beach it was swarming with kids.

And yes the rooms do have iPhone/iPod docks.

Yes, it will be screaming with kids. I know, cuz it's where I go if I'm ever in Vegas with the family in tow

On a weekend...YES. Plenty of So Cal families visit LV (particularly Mandalay Bay) in October when they think it'll be cooler and less crowded (with other families).

you should check and see when the pools close. it may be chilly by then.
