Rio's seafood buffet is rated the best in Vegas. I believe however you don't eat seafood in Vegas.

Rio can be hit or miss depending on the night. If she's primarily after crab legs though she should do fine. The last few times I was there the food was pretty good. you're looking at around $38 per person if I remember right.

Never offer an open bar to a Wisconsinite... =)
