Guest List with Group

Just curious on the best method for doing the following:

Going to WHATEVER club on a given night... myself and one other will be for sure going... then there will be 4 others from our group going (total of 6), but which 4 in our group might be a mystery until all of 30 mins before we would leave.

... to set this up on a guest list, would it be best to get everyone's name and have possible no-shows, best to just try and get the two "for sure" names on the list and see if they will put something like MY NAME - FRIEND NAME and 4 guests?

Just wondering the best/easier way to go about this incase there is a swap of people that go out so 2 people aren't left stranded in the line.

they like more people most of the time so just say how many girls/guys possible and then let the host know otherwise later....

Your name and however many guests. Alot of the time they will want you to specify how many guys and girls. If you lose one or two, its not difficult to find some people waiting in the GA line to fill up your numbers.
