23 yo couple in vegas..what/where/when

I will be at october 17-24 with my gf at vegas and we are debating which hotel to take, we are both 23 yo.

we thought about split the 7 nights between two hotels, this are the options:

1. planet hollywood - average pool from reviews, great location, young atmosphere
2. cosmopolitan - new, great pool
3. pallazo/wynn/venetian - more 'calm' atmosphere..only suites, bit far from the center of the strip.


i saw that its not really the pool season at vegas - anyone with experience can tell me what's going on there on this time of the year? beacuse if pools and pool parties aren't relelvant i dont know if the cosmo has any advatage over the ph/.


how would you recommend us to split the days? maybe weekend on more central hotel and midweek on more calm hotels? all nights on same hotel?

I'd also check out the palms. Two pools, one for partying one for relaxing, both free entry with your room. Young atmosphere, three clubs and two lounges. About $120 a night. Let Vegasluxury find rates for you. He seems pretty awesome.

Went in June with the girly..Stayed at Encore and had a blast..If your trying to see Vegas and the Strip then stay more central. I don't mind walking but I have walked the Strip enough to know I don't want to do it anymore unless something new pops up.

I highly recommend the WynnCore property. Because we are in similar situations (age and "vegas with the gf") check my TR out to see if that helps...

I had to order and too bad i havn't seen Vegasluxury message before it.

We ended ordering first 3 nights at the Cosmo and last 4 nights on Aria.

I'd like to hear your opinion about our choice of hotels.

Cosmo is much better than Aria and no resort fee as well. If you can do Cosmo for all 7 nights I'd go with that.

Another option is Vdara. It's a quieter hotel but good location, and a bit cheaper than Aria. Just as nice though.

I paid 155$ for night at ARIA at priceline, with resort fee its still fine price for weekend nights

I know its to late, but I would personally advise against the switching hotel thing. I did that once, found the packing and unpacking was unecessary. Especially for you whose literally going to be moving about 100 yards.

Let me know what you think of Aria, I've heard good things from a friend and terrible things from a client. According to her (the client), they have a real problem with break ins (no idea if that is valid or not). I do know her room was cleaned out while they were there. They also had that bout with Legionare disease a few months back.

Cosmo was a great choice! I love that hotel.
