Best lounges for Thursday (7/28)?

It's my wives bday, and we are wanting to go out Vegas style, but the club scene just isn't for us. Just looking for a fun place, to chill, drink, good music, and good social scene. There will be four of us, average age is 25. Thanks in advance!!

Also, I'm staying at planet Hollywood and saw the gallery. I've been trying to find some reviews on it or any info on it but can't really find anything. Anybody know anything about this place?

Gallery is an actual club, not a lounge. I would recommend checking out Koi or Heart Bar at PH.

Been to the Voodoo Lounge at the Rio on Thursday nights and has a cool vibe and wonderful views on the top floor. Vegas.com you can get an open bar pass inc cover for $75. The cool thing about that its top shelf.
