  • Bottle Service - Do I really have a reservation?

After several emails and a couple of phone calls to a host at one of the major Las Vegas clubs, I made my decision to order bottle service during Labor Day weekend. I told that to the host, and he said "You're all set!" I asked what I needed to do now. He said, "nothing ... I have your reservation down, and you're all set." He said that payment would be taken once I arrived at the club that night. Is that the way it works? The host has my full name, email address, and phone number, but nothing else. I was expecting to use my debit card now to make the reservation. Should I be worried that my reservation won't be honored when I get there?

No that's legit. I have done B/S about 12 times and that's how it has always gone down.

I would ask him if you can do a cc pre auth. Most clubs sell out and tables do get bumped on major holiday weekends. Unless your min is something large, like with a K in it and not a btl min (ie: 5k or 10k)

Normally that is the way it is done. You should be all set. Only two places that I know take cc pre authorization to reserve tables now are EBC and Xs. I'm assuming the other Wynn clubs would be the same. However as Daryll mentioned it is a fairly big weekend you're going so you could always ask if you could do a pre authorization on your cc.

Surrender and Rehab have taken a pre auth on my CC and so has The Palms for a table at Ghostbar on a Saturday night.

I imagine Tryst will be the same.

For the most part, the nightclubs don't do pre auth's to hold tables, but being a holiday weekend, some clubs will. Normally if your reservation is in the 5k range, and you're not a regular customer, then the club will glady have your card pre authed in advance, but if you have a 2 bottle reservation or something like that, we don't worry about any cc info, as there are always other 2 bottle reservations that will be able to fill that spot. Rehab normally requires CC Auths, but Vanity has never required them, but we will take them if a guest requests it. If you're coming over Labor Day weekend, just try to get anyplace you're going earlier than you'd normally plan to to make sure you get your spot.
