Sounds like they are providing you with hosted entry, and then handing out free coupons that you can get from any hotel lobby. Of course they can knock the price down to $90 from $400 easily

I can't really comment on the package you are looking into, but in my opinion Vegas isn't a good place to "club hop" even if you aren't waiting in line. There is still so much transportation time from place to place and walking through the casino. These clubs are not close together. I would find a great club and stay all night.

A bad deal. Good clubs have long lines that form late at night, one can not just hop right through all of them for $90.

Most likely you will be taken to places like Rain, studio 54, cathouse, ie places you will want to hop from because you will get bored quickly.

tickets grant you access without paying cover. you won't have to wait in line long either.
if you want to show up and negotiate with someone do it with the hosts recommended by the people on these boards.

Tickets definitely A-OK. They actually have legit deals with venues to sell those so you get to skip line and other privies then general admin. Most tickets are sold through Wantickets.com.
