  • Clubs for the "average" person?

    Hi,
My friend and I are going to Vegas July 31-Aug. 4, so only weeknights, we are in our mid twenties. I have been to Vegas several times, but have never been to a club, only to casino and restaurant bars, which I've enjoyed, but I would like to try at least one club.
The thing is I noticed during past times is I don't know if we will "fit in at a club". We are from a fairly small town, wont be wearing the smallest outfit and 5in heels and are not the hottest girls in the city. Also Im prepared to pay a cover at a bar, and a few drinks inside at most (we are used to $4 drinks...and no cover!) but thats about it.
I dont want to feel like we dont belong...any advice? Any clubs that may work better than others for us?

    Thanks in advance!

Just go to any club you want to go and say the hell with everyone else. As long as your comfortable with yourself that's all it matters. Now I will get off my doctor Phil kick. Now be prepared to spend 8 bucks a beer or 15 bucks a mix drink. If you want to chill and take some great views go to the Voodoo Lounge at the Rio. Great views easy environment. On Vegas.com you can get a 75 buck open bar. Unlimited top shelf drinks All night and it also includes the cover.

1- I'm sure you and your friend are plenty good looking.

2- I know some people who feel the same way about clubs and sometimes they prefer settings at lounges or places like Pure. Another group of friends with the same attitude really dig O'Shea's atmosphere. I haven't been to either but for people who prefer those types of scenes they really enjoyed themselves when they went~

I know you've said you plan on going to a club at least once and I would highly recommend you do it, not only because the party atmosphere but so you can at least say you went and it's not your thing.

I'd say check out some LOCAL spots they are legit.. even for tourists. I LOVE Stoneys and Blue Martini is great as well. Stoneys is a country bar with a solid urban twist. SUPER fucking fun

Thursday night is the best but weekends are good too.

Start off with a chill Tier 3 club. Def hit up Darryll, he will guide you to the right spots that most of us wouldnt think of. I didn't even know that Crazyhorse had that secret room till I met Darryll

Also when I was on some random drunk adventure, I found this random club at the Artisan with great music thats banging and it runs till 10AM! http://artisanhotel.com/nightlife/
